Returns


Customer Satisfaction is our top priority and we do not rest until our customers are happy. Thus, we have a 30-day return or exchange policy that starts when you receive your item. 


Additionally, because we know return costs due to size errors can sometimes be expensive, we also offer the option to send you a brand new product for a small fee ranging from £10-15 depending on the item. With this option, you also get to keep the original shoe, which you can give as gift or donate to charity!

 

Refund Process

Email us at support@dealtoperfection.com with your name, order ID, and reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We'll then give you all of our return/exchange options, as mentioned above, as well as our return address. Once your £10-15 payment or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dealtoperfection.com.
